Terms, Privacy & Model Limits

1. Use of the software

PokerTact provides decision support and study tools for supplied assumptions. It does not operate poker games, hold gambling deposits, place bets, or promise earnings. Use it only where you are legally eligible and where the relevant operator permits the specific assistance. Real-time assistance can be prohibited even when completed-hand review is permitted. Do not evade platform controls, obtain hidden cards, collude, or automate unauthorized betting.

You must select the correct player, rules, cards, stakes, payouts and ranges, verify captured information, and decide whether and how to act. Keep credentials private. Wallet connection alone does not establish a subscription or authorize a payment.

2. Calculation and recognition limits

No expected-value model guarantees profit in an individual hand or over any period. A positive modeled expectation can coexist with substantial losses. Opponent behavior, incomplete information, variance, fees and incorrect inputs can reverse an action ranking.

Equity uses sampled deals or exhaustive heads-up Hold'em river combinations. Sampling bounds describe simulation uncertainty under the chosen distribution, not whether it represents the real opponent. Exact enumeration is not an exact prediction of hidden cards.

Action comparisons use stated pot, call, fold-rate, rake and full-call assumptions. They do not solve every future betting response, side pot or game rule. Next-card maps show conditional equities, not a complete multi-street policy. ICM models prize equity from supplied whole-field stacks and payouts. Larger-field estimates use sampling. Immediate bounty cash estimates exclude future progressive bounty value and unsupported multiway/side-pot outcomes.

Automatic observations can misread a card, amount, seat or window. Calibrated card matching depends on the chosen layout and supplied examples; unknown, obscured or changed layouts require correction. Three repeated matches do not certify correctness. Speech can be delayed or unavailable. Check the current visible assessment and source inputs before acting.

3. Availability and responsibility

Subject to mandatory law, the preview is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, suitability for a particular game, or financial return. We do not undertake to reimburse gambling losses merely because a user followed an output. This does not exclude liability where applicable law imposes it.

Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer rights, statutory remedies for failure to provide a contracted service, liability for fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in the user's jurisdiction. There is no blanket waiver of all responsibility.

Do not stake money you cannot afford to lose. Stop using the product if it contributes to harmful gambling behavior. A subscription, advertisement or confidence display is not a promise of winnings.

4. Privacy and controls

Capture starts through your browser's sharing controls. Current image recognition and calculations process frames on your device. Stop sharing to end capture. Share other people's private information only where you have a lawful basis.

Local hand records, radio favorites, voice preferences and card examples use browser storage. They can be lost when storage is cleared and may be accessible to people using the same browser profile. Use the available export and clear controls. Preference memory does not mean the system has trained a new poker model.

Optional Account synchronization uploads only selected voice/radio/language preferences and completed hand records to the PokerTact Supabase database when requested. It excludes credentials, tokens, raw frames, recordings, IP-location results and recognition examples. Restore replaces selected preferences and merges hands; a local preference backup supports Undo. Cloud and local deletion controls are separate. This is PokerTact account synchronization, not access to a poker operator's account.

Supabase handles authentication; hosting providers receive ordinary connection metadata. Speech uses browser or operating-system voices. Online voices may send spoken text to their provider. The on-device-only option restricts selection to voices reported as local by the browser; availability depends on the device.

Optional IP lookup contacts ipapi.co to estimate country and city. VPNs and mobile networks can make this inaccurate. Manual selection is available; GPS permission is not required.

Before paid launch, the operator must publish verified controller/contact details, processing purposes and legal bases, transfer safeguards, retention periods, and working processes for access, correction, export, deletion and complaints. The current Contact page prepares inquiry text; it does not deliver a support ticket.

5. Radio and music services

Radio Browser supplies a community directory. Rankings reflect directory clicks, not audited national audience figures. Some countries and cities have fewer than ten qualifying streams. Streams can change, fail, or be geographically restricted. Broadcasters retain their rights; directory inclusion does not confer a redistribution license.

Playback contacts the station server. Loading Spotify contacts Spotify and uses its terms, privacy rules and playback restrictions. Other music links open those providers. PokerTact does not confer a music subscription, bypass restrictions, or synchronize those accounts by opening a link. External providers may receive IP addresses and connection metadata.

6. Subscriptions, advertising and changes

Payments must not be sold as operational before checkout, entitlement checks, cancellation and support work. Customers must receive applicable prices, renewal terms, cancellation procedures and statutory refund/withdrawal information before payment. Mandatory protections remain intact.

Advertising and affiliate placements must be labeled. Compensation must not determine poker action rankings. Gambling promotions require the relevant legal and operator review for each market.

Notice changes carry an updated date. Material paid-service changes require applicable notice and contractual rights. Unenforceable provisions do not remove mandatory protections.
